A few things we are often asked. For anything else, simply write.
How is everything shipped, and what about duties?
Every order leaves the atelier in recyclable, plastic-free packaging within two working days. UK and EU orders arrive in three to five days with duties paid in full at checkout — there is nothing to settle on arrival. Further afield, delivery takes five to nine days; import duties may apply and are payable to your local carrier. Shipping is complimentary on orders over £120.
Can I try a formula before committing to a full bottle?
Yes, and we encourage it. Add a complimentary sample of any serum or oil to your order at checkout, or request a small discovery set of three. Skin is personal, and a formula should earn its place on your shelf — we would rather you were certain.
What is your returns policy?
If a product does not suit you, write to us within thirty days and we will arrange a full refund or exchange — even if the bottle is opened and part-used. Barrier-kind skincare should never feel like a risk. We simply ask for a line on why it didn't work, so our formulator can learn from it.
How does the refill programme work?
Our amber glass is made to last for years, so we return the actives without the bottle. Keep your original vessel, order a refill pouch at a gentler price, and decant at home in a moment. Can you help with a specific ingredient or sensitivity?
Always. Our full INCI lists are published on every product, and our formulator is happy to talk through actives, concentrations and layering for sensitised, reactive or pregnancy-conscious routines. Write to us with a little about your skin, and we'll reply with a considered, honest recommendation — never a hard sell.
