/ How it works

From your kitchen to ours, and back.

Setting up takes about a minute. After that, your coffee simply arrives — fresher than anything you'll find on a shelf.

01

Choose your roast

Light, medium or dark — or our rotating roaster's pick if you'd rather be surprised. Tell us whole bean or ground for your kit, pick your cadence, and you're set.

02

We roast to order

Nothing is roasted until your bag is due. The morning before it ships, your beans go through our 1958 Probat in a small batch and rest just long enough to bloom.

03

Delivered fresh

Sealed within hours in a recyclable, home-compostable bag and posted carbon-neutral. Your first bag lands in two days, then it's like clockwork on your schedule.

04

Adjust anytime

Going away? Skip a delivery. Drinking more? Bring the next one forward. Switch roast, change cadence, pause or cancel — all from your account, no emails required.

/ Good to know

The fine print, without the fine print.

Everything you might wonder before you start. Still curious? Drop us a line at hello@dawnandco.coffee.

When is my coffee roasted?

The morning before your bag ships — never before. We roast to order in small batches on our vintage Probat drum, then let the beans rest a day to settle so they're brewing at their best the moment they reach you. No warehouse months, no stale shelves; just coffee at the peak of its flavour.

Can I pause or skip a delivery?

Absolutely — and as often as you like. If you're away, overstocked or simply not drinking through it fast enough, skip the next delivery or pause the whole subscription from your account in a couple of clicks. Drinking more than expected? Bring your next bag forward instead. Nothing is locked in.

Can I change my roast or coffee?

Any time. Swap between Light, Medium and Dark, move from our "Sunrise" house blend to a single-origin like "First Light" or "Golden Hour", or switch between whole bean and ground for your kit. Changes apply to your next bag, so you're free to follow the seasons and your mood.

How do I cancel?

In one click, from your account — no phone calls, no retention scripts, no awkward emails. Cancel before your next roast date and you won't be charged again. You're welcome back whenever the mornings call for it, and your saved roast preferences will be waiting.

How does delivery and timing work?

Your first bag ships within two days of signing up, then arrives on your chosen rhythm — weekly, fortnightly or monthly. UK delivery is free on every subscription order, sent carbon-neutral via Royal Mail and typically landing in one to two working days. We'll always email you the day your coffee leaves the roastery.
