Tell us how you brew and we'll grind to match — or keep it whole and grind fresh at home. There's no extra charge either way.

Whole bean

The freshest cup there is. Beans hold their character far longer in one piece, so grind just before you brew and you'll taste the difference. Our pick if you own a grinder — and the only way to brew the full sweetness of a light roast like First Light.

Ground for filter

A medium grind, dialled for pour-over, cafetière and batch brewers. Even, free-flowing and forgiving — ideal for V60, Chemex or a classic French press on a slow Bristol morning. Tell us your kit and we'll fine-tune it.

Ground for espresso

A fine, consistent grind for moka pots and home espresso machines alike. Built to pull a balanced, syrupy shot without the guesswork. Sunrise and Golden Hour shine here, with crema to spare and plenty of body.
