Led by a nurse.
Every face at Maison is assessed, planned and treated by a registered nurse prescriber. Not a brand, not a chain — one clinician who carries the medical accountability for your care from the first conversation to the final review.
Amelia Hart, RGN.
NMC-registered independent nurse prescriber, founder of Maison Aesthetics, and the only practitioner who will treat you here.
Twelve years in medicine, before a single syringe.
Amelia trained as a registered general nurse and spent the early part of her career on the wards of a busy London teaching hospital — acute medicine, then a number of years in surgical and dermatology settings. It is an unglamorous apprenticeship, and a deliberate one: anatomy, sterile technique, consent and the management of the unexpected are learned long before anything is ever injected.
She moved into aesthetic medicine in 2014, qualified as an independent prescriber, and completed her Level 7 certification in injectables alongside advanced training in facial anatomy and complications management. Maison opened its doors in Marylebone in 2016, built around a single conviction — that this work belongs in the hands of medical professionals who can prescribe, who can recognise a problem early, and who are answerable for the outcome.
Today she has delivered over ten thousand treatments, and still reviews every new client personally before any plan is agreed.

The best work is the work you can't see.
Amelia's signature is restraint. She would rather under-treat and review you at two weeks than chase a result in a single sitting — because a face is easy to overfill and slow to settle. The aim is never to announce itself; if a friend asks whether you've been on holiday, the work has succeeded.
That means honest conversations, and often fewer treatments than you arrived expecting. She will happily talk you out of something that won't serve you, recommend a course over a quick fix, or simply send you home with a skincare plan and no procedure at all. Considered, evidence-led, and entirely consultation-first.
"I am not here to change your face. I am here to help it age the way you'd choose — quietly, and on your terms."
Why nurse-led matters.
In an unregulated market, who holds the needle is the single most important decision you make.
Medically trained, fully accountable.
Most of the products used in aesthetics — including botulinum toxin and the dissolving agent used to reverse filler — are prescription-only medicines. As an independent prescriber, Amelia can assess your suitability, prescribe for you directly, and manage a complication on the spot rather than referring you elsewhere. There is no remote prescriber signing off treatments they will never witness; the clinician planning your care is the clinician responsible for it.
Every treatment begins with a full medical history, a discussion of medications and allergies, and documented consent. It is slower. It is also how medicine is meant to be practised.
Clinical judgement, never a sales target.
Maison does not run on packages, pressure or the upsell. There is no commission to chase and no quota to hit, which means the only thing guiding a recommendation is whether it is right for you. Sometimes the most clinical answer is to do less, to wait, or to do nothing at all.
You will never be talked into more than you came for. You may well be talked out of something — and if a treatment isn't appropriate, you'll be told plainly and sent home without it. That honesty is the whole point of being seen by a clinician rather than sold to by a salesperson.

A quiet room on Marylebone High Street.
Maison sits at 27 Marylebone High Street, a few minutes from the village's bookshops and cafés. Inside, it reads as nothing like a clinic — warm light, soft arches, a single treatment room and the time to ask every question before you decide anything.
We see clients strictly by appointment, one at a time, so the space is yours for the length of your visit. No queue, no overlap, no rush to the next chair. Tuesday to Saturday, ten until six — and your first conversation carries no obligation to book a thing.
Begin with a conversation.
