Begin with a conversation.

Every treatment at Maison begins the same way — with an unhurried, no-obligation consultation. A proper conversation, a full-face assessment, and an honest plan. You leave with clarity, never a contract. Decide nothing on the day.

/ What to expect

An hour, unhurried.

Your first visit is a clinical consultation, not a sales appointment. We sit down properly, talk through what's prompted you to come in, and look closely before we suggest anything at all. Often the most useful thing we can offer is perspective — and sometimes the honest answer is "not yet".

01

A considered conversation

We listen first. Your concerns, your history, what you'd quietly like to change — and, just as importantly, what you'd never want to lose.

02

A full-face assessment

A registered nurse prescriber maps your facial anatomy, proportion and skin quality as a whole — never treating in isolation.

03

An honest plan

A written recommendation with indicative costs and realistic timelines. No pressure, no deposit — and sometimes the advice is to wait.

Tell us a little.

Share a few details and we'll be in touch — usually the same working day — to find an hour that suits you. Every enquiry is read by a member of the clinical team, not a call centre.

Your details are held in confidence and used only to arrange your consultation. We'll never add you to a marketing list without asking. Prefer to talk? Call us on +44 20 7046 0927.

/ Before you book

The questions we're asked most.

Is there a consultation fee?

Your initial consultation is complimentary and carries no obligation to proceed. We'd rather you came in, asked everything, and left to think it over than felt rushed into a decision. Should you choose to go ahead on the day, the consultation simply forms part of your treatment appointment — there's never a separate charge for the conversation itself.

What should I bring?

Very little. Come with a clean face if you can — though it's not essential — and a list of any medications, supplements or previous treatments, including anything you've had done elsewhere. If you've had filler in the past and aren't certain what or when, don't worry; we'll talk it through. Most of all, bring your questions.

Do you treat under-18s?

No. In line with the law and with our own clinical ethics, we do not provide cosmetic injectable treatments to anyone under the age of eighteen, and we ask for photographic identification where there is any doubt. Aesthetic medicine is for considered, adult decisions — never a youthful impulse.

Will there be downtime?

It depends entirely on the treatment, and we'll set honest expectations before you commit. Anti-wrinkle and skin boosters typically allow you to return to your day with little more than minor redness; dermal filler may bring some swelling or the occasional bruise for a few days. We always plan around your diary — and never schedule anything significant immediately before a wedding or event without saying so first.

What is your cancellation policy?

Life happens, and we ask only for courtesy. Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to move or cancel a booked treatment, so we can offer the time to someone else. Consultations may be rescheduled at any point at no cost. A booking deposit, where taken for longer treatment appointments, is fully transferable to your rescheduled date.

Prefer to talk?

Some conversations are easier in person, or by phone. Call us on +44 20 7046 0927, Tuesday to Saturday, or request a time below and a member of the clinical team will be in touch.
