We started in 2016 with two racks, a rower and a roller door that never quite shut. The mission was simple: a room where ordinary people get genuinely strong.
Eight years on, Apex is 9,000 sq ft of platforms, sleds and a dedicated HYROX zone in the railway arches of East London. The roller door still rattles. We kept it on purpose.
