Eternal Collagen is a fast-growing health & beauty brand based in East Sussex, selling premium 15,000mg marine collagen direct-to-consumer through Shopify. Strong product, loyal customers, a growing list. But email was the channel quietly leaving money behind.

When we took over the program, the flows were running on Klaviyo defaults, campaigns were inconsistent, and there was no clear segmentation strategy. The list had thousands of buyers on it. Almost none of them were being talked to properly.

Two weeks. Twelve months of Klaviyo and Shopify data pulled, sliced and stress-tested. Every flow, campaign and segment mapped. Then a twelve-page report on exactly where the revenue was hiding.
